Historic-district contractor records
These pages exist to compare contractors and address-specific work in designated areas. A district appears only after it clears the evidence threshold; this is not a general directory of landmark buildings.

PUBLICATION RULE
Why most district names do not have a page yet
A page normally needs at least five linked buildings, two permit-matched buildings from two different contractors, official LPC or PLUTO property context, and two meaningful work patterns. It also needs district-specific editorial research.
Company-published addresses remain visible as a separate evidence state. They never increase the permit-matched count. Building detail pages support the review but remain outside the search index.
